Are You Going To The UK Guitar Show?

If you’re currently enjoying guitar lessons in Newbury at the moment, then you might find it useful to keep the approaching weekend free if you can, as The UK Guitar Show & London Bass Guitar Show is taking place at the Business Design Centre in the capital… and it promises to be quite an exciting event for guitarists of all abilities, novice and otherwise.

Taking place between September 21st and 22nd, the show has an awful lot going on so you certainly won’t be bored. Make your way to the Auditorium where you’ll see some serious guitarists take to the stage, showing off their skills and no doubt making you want to go home and put some guitar practice in.

Paul Gilbert, Nick Beggs, Devin Townsend and more will be in residence over the weekend, so you know you’ll be missing out if you don’t go.

There’s also the ATB Stand where you’ll find an impressive display of vintage guitars, basses and accessories, as well as live performances and the chance to take home some classic guitars to add to your collection.

The Seven Decades band will also be at the show, performing live with George Harrison’s Futurama guitar for the first time in 57 years - certainly not something to be missed.

Workshops, masterclasses and Q&A sessions are also taking place, so if you’re keen to really immerse yourself in the world of guitar playing, you absolutely have to make time to pop off to London if you can. We’d love to know if you go so get in touch to let us know what you think of the whole affair.
