We collect data from you when you use our website or forms to make an enquiry.

When you make an enquiry we collect certain personal information about you, to enable us to to respond to you in an appropriate and timely manner. Information collected via the website is limited to your name, telephone contact and email address.

As a customer we may hold imagery of you for which we will have obtained prior written consent from you. These images may be used on our website, Facebook page and/or any marketing materials we issue. Any images of students will only be retained by us for as long as they are a student with us.

What do you do with my personal information?

We use your contact details to communicate with you in order to respond to your enquiry.

Your data may also be used for administrative and accounting purposes and to help us in any future dealings with you, for example by identifying your requirements.

There may be instances where it may be necessary for us to communicate with you, for administrative or operational reasons relating, for example, to advise you of changes in lesson times.

The information you provide to us will be held in our systems, which are located on our premises or those of an appointed third party.

Site tracking

We use tracking software to monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site to better meet the needs of visitors to our website. This software does not enable us to capture any personally identifying information.

We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires. This does not include the retention of any personal imagery which will be destroyed upon cessation of lessons with Morriss Music (see “Personal Information”, above).
